New York Times’ Best Illustrated Children’s Books

Every year, since 1952, The New York Times releases its list of the Best Illustrated Children’s Books from the thousands published that year. Picture books are one of the best ways of engaging young children in a love of reading and one of the nicest ways of spending time with a child is sharing a new picture book together–just in case any of you are thinking of the perfect holiday gift for the youngster(s)…or Library, you know.
