2007 Hugo Awards Announced

The 2007 Hugo Awards were announced over the weekend at Nippon 2007, the 65th World Science Fiction Convention in Yokohama, Japan. The Best Novel Award went to Rainbows End” by Vernor Vinge. The Best Related Non-Fiction Book was awarded to James Tiptree, Jr.: The Double Life of Alice B. Sheldon” by Julie Phillips. The Best Dramatic Presentation, Long Form was given to “Pan’s Labyrinth”. The winner of Best New Writer was Naomi Novik.
